Bret Al-Imari, PhD, PES, CES, CSCS

Bret was born and raised in the mountains of Northern Utah. He excelled as a baseball player and was a top prospect coming out of high school.

As a catcher he had a sub 1.6 pop time and hit multiple home runs beyond 540 feet. Bret endured several setbacks and injuries in his playing career but that made it so that the Method19 Training Framework exists.

Bret is an expert in exercise physiology (performace enhancement & corrective exercise), cognition/behavior/neuroscience, and baseball skilll development & sgame trategy.
